• We provide you with our easy order forms, free of charge.
• After receiving your orders and payment, the turnaround time to ship the soy candles to you is usually between 2-3 weeks.
• You may buy extra soy candles at wholesale price for display table for your fundraiser and these are shipped within 2-3 delivery days.
• Our prices are very reasonable for the quality and size of our 9 oz soy candle, and each handpoured soy candle comes with a matching ribbon for that extra handcrafted touch.
• You may select up to 20 different scents from our scent list. If that seems too much of a choice, you can scale it down to 5 different scents to make ordering that much easier.
• You can easily make up to 50% profit with us!

Decide how long you will have your fundraiser. Send your scent selections to us by email and let us know how many order forms you will need for each seller (usually 1 or 2 per seller.) We will send your order forms, and you may start selling and collecting money. Any checks you receive should be made out to your organization.

At the end of your fundraiser, make sure all of your order sheets are legible (send us notes if necessary) and mail them back to us, along with a check from your organization, made payable to Cotton Field Candle Shop.

After receiving your order sheets and payment for the cost and shipping charges (based on total order) of the soy candles, we will start making them so we can ship them back to you as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 weeks. We want everyone to be able to enjoy our all natural, highly scented soy candles and pass on that good feeling.
